Melbourne!

Hey everyone! Last night we stayed at the Comfort Inn at Sale. I will just stay that we didn't really get the most flash room! Once we had woken, had breakfast and packed up, we headed
out to the Finch's farm (they used to live in Dorie). They moved to a farm in Sale about 4 years ago. Afterwards we drove 210km to Melbourne (where I am now). When we arrived we returned
our rental car and went into our apartment at The Quest. It has 3 rooms and can sleep up to 7 people. It has 3 singles and two double beds. We will be staying here in Melbourne from tonight till Thursday midday when we catch our flight back to NZ! Anyway, yesterday we said goodbye to our lovely house in Echuca and and had a quick look at the towns port which is on the Murray River. We looked at some houseboats and I found a very strange ’Thong Tree’! Afterwards we went over a bridge across the Murray River into the state of New South Wales where we went to a very peculiar market! There were cow skins, beads, sunglasses, cherries and hundreds of other stalls. After the market we headed off on our 5-hour journey to Sale where we stayed last night. That’s all for now!
Will update you soon!

  1. Hi Olivia!
Looks like you are having a great time! The Murray River is beautiful isn't it? Is there a story behind the jandal (thong) tree? The Finch girls just look the same as they did years ago! I bet it was nice to see them! Well done downloading and getting your photos up in time!
We are going to be busy today getting ready for our presentation! You have a very cool looking Santa beard waiting here for you!
